Before you book
How soon will you reply?
Usually the same day, and almost always within one working day. WhatsApp is fastest - classes run in the late afternoon and evening, so messages sent during the day get picked up between sessions.
What happens in the assessment?
A 20-minute session with the teacher we would match. We start by finding out what your child can already do comfortably, then teach a short lesson from there. You are welcome to sit beside them and watch.
Do I have to pay anything for the assessment?
No. No payment details are taken and there is nothing to cancel afterwards. If we do not think we are the right fit for your child, we will say so ourselves rather than sign you up.
We live outside India. Can we still book?
Yes. Tell us your city and we will suggest times that fall in your local evening rather than ours. We already teach families across several time zones.
